A unique opportunity to enjoy a concert by a quartet of French horns, led by David Thompson, lecturer in French Horn at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, and featuring three of his advanced tertiary students, including Dubbo’s own Aidan Kiriakou, plus Oliver Harris and Simon Jones. The Australian Horn Quartet has been formed to promote the French horn as a concert instrument to audiences, by performing the repertoire composed for horn quartet. This concert features works by Paul Hindemith, Michael Tippett and Eugene Bozza.
