Bands, ensembles and choirs are back at the Eisteddfod!

Well done to ALL the bands, ensembles and choirs who participated in the City of Dubbo Eisteddfod, led by their dedicated and inspiring Conservatorium teachers Kimberley, Neill, Malcolm, Raelene and Sue.

Congratulations to the Conservatorium’s Advanced Brass Ensemble who won the hotly contested Open Classical Ensemble section.

It was great to see and hear our school and community bands, ensembles and choirs performing so impressively after two years of very difficult COVID restrictions. Making music together and sharing it with an audience is what it’s all about!

Thank you to the Eisteddfod’s backstage crew who manage to keep everything moving along smoothly for these larger groups.
