String and Piano Eisteddfod 27 and 28 May

Well done to all Conservatorium students who participated in the String and Piano sections of the City of Dubbo Eisteddfod, held at Macquarie Conservatorium

Major awards went to Conservatorium violinists Angelina Perera and Mikaela Sutcliffe and pianist Ian Humphries.

What a wonderful opportunity for our young musicians to perform for a supportive audience, hear other students play and receive expert feedback from the visiting adjudicator. Thank you to all the Eisteddfod volunteers who make this happen and thank you to our teachers for encouraging our students to participate.
