Enjoy an afternoon of beautiful music from the world of opera, operetta and musicals. This concert will now be held indoors at Macquarie Conservatorium, due to wet weather.
Join sopranos Rebecca Collins and Rachael Duncan, baritone Rohan Thatcher and pianist Vivienne Winther, for a program of popular arias, duets and ensembles from operas by Mozart, Verdi, Puccini and Bizet, as well as favourites from The Merry Widow and The Sound of Music.
This year’s featured guest artist is award-winning young tenor Nathan Bryon, originally from Geurie, an alumnus of Macquarie Conservatorium and Sydney Conservatorium, and a scholarship recipient of the Melba Opera Trust and the Joan Sutherland and Richard Bonynge Foundation.
Please note change of venue for this event due to wet weather.
The new venue is Macquarie Conservatorium, corner of Darling and Bultje Sts Dubbo (72 Bultje St). The concert starts at 2.00pm. Only limited seats available at this venue - please book in advance.
